Digital Content Specialist
Reports To: Marketing + Communications Manager
Status: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Position Overview
As the Digital Content Specialist you will capture, create, and manage compelling digital content that showcases every facet of the Club experience. You'll ensure the Club’s brand is consistently and professionally represented across all digital touchpoints while driving engagement, revenue support, and recruiting visibility.
Working closely with the Marketing + Communications Manager, this position owns the day-to-day management of the Club’s social media platforms, maintains the digital content calendar, and ensures a consistent posting cadence aligned with strategic
marketing objectives. Because the Club experience extends beyond traditional business hours, this role requires schedule flexibility to capture meaningful moments in real time.
Content Creation & Storytelling
• Capture professional photography and video across golf, racquets, fitness, dining, aquatics, and member life
• Produce engaging short-form video content including reels, stories, highlights, and promotional clips
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all digital platforms
• Proactively identify storytelling opportunities that support marketing priorities
• Work with department leaders to prioritize coverage based on strategic marketing objectives
Event Coverage
Provide on-site content coverage for member programs, tournaments, signature events, and seasonal activations across all Club departments.
Prioritize coverage based on marketing objectives, seasonal campaigns, and Club initiatives.Deliver timely post-event content to maintain engagement momentum, extend event visibility, and support overall engagement and revenue goals.
Social Media Ownership
• Own day-to-day management of all social media platforms
